Refund Policy – Please read carefully

We don’t offer a refund policy unless Business Consort is unable to fulfill a customers order.

All face to face courses are strictly not transferable.

Terms & Conditions: Please note that our terms are that we will not offer refunds or transfers on any course bookings, however, we will allow the delegate names to be changed at any time up until the course date.

  • If for any reason you are unable to attend we can offer a discounted rate of 50% of the original course fee to book onto the next suitable date.
  • We will do our best to assist delegate’s needs and if you have a course booking that is at least one month in advance we can offer the option to pay an admin fee to move to another date which is 25% of the course fee.

As we have over 100 delegates booked on course at any time we need to ensure we operate courses as efficiently as possible for both delegates and also for our business. Our price guarantee ensures we can’t ever be beaten on price for any like for like course so if you have any immediate queries about your booking please get in touch with student services as soon as possible in this email or by calling 0800 334 5784

If you book an online course we will try and accommodate transfers onto other courses if we have 72 hours notice (however this can only be done once – further cancellations will not be transferable).

Our diploma course is offered online and by monthly installments – This course is not refundable once enrolled but we can look to see if there is a suitable face-to-face course that we could transfer you onto is the course isn’t suited to you. You would be eligible to transfer to a course that equates to the value paid or you can choose to pay the additional balance to attend a course which costs more than you paid. We will not offer transfers after the 14 days from paying for the course.

If you have chosen to pay for the diploma course monthly all payments for the term of subscription chosen are payable and can’t be canceled prior to paying the balance in full – You can choose to pay off the balance at any time (Please note: you can’t submit final assignments for assessment for the diploma until you have paid the balance in full)

Any change of booking must be made by telephone 0800 334 5784 to ensure we receive the request – email notification will not be accepted.

Please try and ensure you can make the date you booked or if you can’t make it we are happy to change the delegate attending.
